Surveys Area

About the Surveys Area

The surveys area has everything to do with surveys. You can:

  • Create and design surveys, forms, and quizzes.
  • Invite respondents by mixing any and all methods you need to reach them, such as survey email invitations, website collectors, and third-party integrations.
  • Manage respondents and get notified of incoming responses.
  • Get a quick overview of your data with summary results reports
  • Download your response data.

The Surveys Area also contains your Survey Library where you can find all the surveys you have access to, i.e. your own surveys, as well as those that have been shared with you via workspaces. You can manage your surveys from within the Survey Library.

Copy Surveys

If you are creating similar surveys, save time by copying them. All you have to do is:

  1. Go to the Survey Library.
  2. Click on the checkbox on the left side of the survey(s) you want to copy.
  3. Click on the actions menu and select copy.
  4. A copy of the selected survey(s) will appear and will have the name of the original survey(s) followed by (copy).

Copying surveys does not copy collected or imported responses.

Delete Surveys

To delete your surveys, all you have to do is:

  1. Go to the Survey Library.
  2. Click on the checkbox on the left side of the survey(s) you want to delete.
  3. Click on the actions menu and select delete.
  4. Your survey(s) should now be deleted.

Deleting a survey deletes all your collected and imported responses. This action is permanent and cannot be undone or retrieved.

Organize Surveys with Workspaces

If you have a large number of surveys, it might be a good idea to group them using workspaces.

Workspaces allow you to share your surveys and reports with your team. But they have an additional benefit, you can filter your Survey Library using workspaces, making them excellent for organizing your work. In short, you can think of them as folders.

To filter your Survey Library via workspaces, all you have to do is:

  1. Go to the Survey Library.
  2. On the right corner of your library, you'll see a dropdown menu called workspaces. Open the dropdown menu and select all the workspaces you want to filter by. 
  3. The surveys in those workspaces will appear in your library.
