Creating an Account & Logging In

About Creating an Account & Logging In

Before you can start using Enalyzer, you need to create an account and log into it. This page details how to create an Enalyzer account, how to log in, and what to do if you forgot your password.

Create an Account

Choose how to create an account. You can create an Enalyzer account manually, with social media, or with Single Sign-on.

  • To create an account manually, all you have to do is:
    1. Head over to our website.
    2. Insert your email address and password.
    3. Click on create account.
    4. Complete the registration form to finish creating and setting up your account.
  • To create an account with social media, all you have to do is:
    1. Head over to our website and scroll to the bottom of the page.
    2. Click on Google, Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn icon. This depends on which account you want to use to create your Enalyzer account.
    3. Grant access and complete the registration form to finish creating and setting up your account.
  • Companies that are working with Enalyzer Organizations, have the possibility to set up an Azure Active Directory (AAD) automation. This allows organizations to import members and teams from the company's Azure Active Directory, and thus provide them with single sign-on (SSO) to Enalyzer.

If this applies to you, all you have to do is:

    1. Head over to our website and scroll to the bottom of the page.
    2. Click on the Windows icon.
    3. Grant access and complete the registration form to finish creating and setting up your account.
    4. You will immediately be logged into your organization.

Once you've logged into your account, you will remain logged into your account in the specific device you logged in from, until you log out.

Logging Into Your Account

How you create your account determines how you’re going to log into Enalyzer. If you created your account manually, all you have to do is log in with your email and password. If you created it with Single Sign-On, all you have to do is log in the same way. So on and so forth.

If you have set up two-factor authentication, you will have to open the authentication app you use and enter the code it shows you to log into your account.

Password Reset

Sometimes you will forget your password but resetting your password is simple. All you have to do is:

  1. Go to the reset password page.

  2. Enter your username and click reset password.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link will be valid for 2 hours. If you do not change your password within that time, simply request a new link.

The link only works on the IP address you used to request the password reset.

If you are on a company network and this fails, you might need to request the password from a mobile network, as the IP address on a company network might change during the resetting procedure.

Do you know your password, but still want to change it? You can change your password while logged into your account.
