About the Home Page

The Home Page is the starting point of your Enalyzer account. From here, you can access your surveys, reports, automations, workspaces, organizations, and account settings.

The Home Page adapts to the permissions you have in your personal account or organization. Depending on your role, you may have access to different features and navigation options.

Switch Between Your Personal Account and Organizations

If you are a member of one or more organizations, you can switch between your personal account and your organizations at any time.

To switch accounts:

1. Click Organizations in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Organizations.
3. Select the organization you want to open.

To return to your personal account:

1. Open the organization menu.
2. Select Personal account.

If you are not a member of an organization, the Organizations button allows you to create a new organization.

Home Page by Role

The Home Page looks different depending on your permissions within an organization.

Select the role that matches your permissions to see which features are available.

• Administrators have full access to the organization and its settings.

  From the Home page, you can access:

  • Surveys – access the Survey library.
  • Reports – access the Report library.
  • Automations – access and manage automations.
  • Workspaces – access and manage workspaces.

  The organization menu gives you access to additional administration options, including Members, Content, Teams, Branding, Contract, and Settings. From here, you can also access your profile, switch to another organization, or return to your personal account.

• Collaborators have access to the organization’s main features for creating and managing surveys and their related content.

  From the Home Page, you can access:

  • Surveys – access the Survey library.
  • Reports – access the Report library.
  • Automations – access and manage automations.
  • Workspaces – access and manage workspaces.

  From the organization menu, you can also access your profile, switch to another organization, or return to your personal account.

• Report Readers have access to reports that have been shared with them. Reports are accessed through the Survey dashboard of the survey they belong to.

  To access a report:

  1. Click Access your surveys.
  2. Select the relevant survey from the Survey library.
  3. From the Survey dashboard, select the report you want to open.

  Only reports that have been shared with you are displayed.

Once you open a survey, you are taken to the Survey dashboard.

The Survey dashboard displays the information and features available for your role, such as reports, responses, automations, and workspaces.
