About the Reports Area

The reports area has everything to do with reports. You can:

  • Create and design reports with a wide variety of charts.
  • Drill into your data with advanced filtering and benchmarking options.
  • Download your reports to Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint.
  • Share your reports online with other Enalyzer users.

The Reports Area also contains your Report Library where you can find all the reports you have access to, i.e. your own reports, as well as those that have been shared with you via workspaces. You can manage your reports from within the Report Library.

Copy Reports

If you are creating similar reports, save time by copying them. All you have to do is:

  1. Go to the Report Library.
  2. Click on the checkbox on the left side of the report(s) you want to copy.
  3. Click on the actions menu and select copy.
  4. A copy of the selected report(s) will appear and will have the name of the original report(s) followed by (copy).

Delete Reports

To delete your reports, all you have to do is:

  1. Go to the Report Library.
  2. Click on the checkbox on the left side of the report (s) you want to delete.
  3. Click on the actions menu and select delete.
  4. Your report(s) should now be deleted.

Deleting a report does not delete your collected and imported responses in your survey.

Deleted reports can be recovered within 10 days of deletion, after which the deletion is irreversible. For report recovery, which is subject to a fee, please contact customer support for assistance.

Organize Reports with Workspaces

If you have a large number of reports, it might be a good idea to group them using workspaces.

Workspaces allow you to share your surveys and reports with your team. But they have an additional benefit, you can filter your Report Library using workspaces, making them excellent for organizing your work. In short, you can think of them as folders.

To filter your Report Library via workspaces, all you have to do is:

  1. Go to the Report Library.
  2. On the right corner of your library, you'll see a dropdown menu called workspaces. Open the dropdown menu and select all the workspaces you want to filter by. 
  3. The reports in those workspaces will appear in your library.
