Enalyzer Consulting Customers


You have purchased a consulting service, so we have put together a small guide to let you know the basics of your new account and the projects delivered. If you didn't have an account, we set up one on your behalf.

To make sure you get started on the right foot, we have made a little introduction video.

Change Your Password

Make sure you change your password to keep your data safe. To change your password you have to:

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of your account and select account from the dropdown.
  2. Under user information, click on change password.
  3. Enter the current password and continue to enter and reenter your new password.
  4. The changes will be saved immediately.

Your password has to follow these requirements:

  • The minimum password length is 8 characters
  • There are no complexity requirements nor do passwords expire
  • After 5 unsuccessful attempts within 30 minutes, your account will be locked for 10 minutes and Captcha security will be enforced. We have Captcha security on all critical endpoints. Captcha is enforced when logging in after 5 invalid attempts from the same IP within 30 minutes.
  • Sessions do not expire, this means that we do not log you out automatically, you have to do this yourself.

We recommend a password that contains more than 8 characters and has numbers, upper and lower case letters, as well as special characters. The longer the password, the better. Avoid using names, birthdays, common dates, and obvious words or phrases that describe the website the password is for.

Change Account Language

Your account language defines the platform language and the default language for the surveys you create. Enalyzer supports English, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish, and Latin American Spanish.

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of your account and select account from the dropdown.
  2. Under account settings, open the language dropdown and change to the language you desire.
  3. Your changes will be saved immediately.

Enalyzer Contract

Your company has signed a contract with Enalyzer. We have already connected your contract to the organization and the agreed users have been added.

To view your contract you have to:

  1. Be the contract administrator.
  2. Head over to your organization.
  3. Click contract on the side menu and click on the contract.


Enalyzer contracts include two types of plans: Professional and Reader+.

The Professional plan gives access to the entire Enalyzer feature set.

The Reader+ plan gives users the possibility to read all reports in and outside your organization. Reader+ plans are exclusive to contract users and can be purchased at a lower price to ensure that everyone that needs to access reports, can access reports.


As per our contract, you have been granted a Professional plan, as well as the role of the organization's administrator. Enalyzer consultants are co-administrators of your organization to be able to deliver the project.

If the agreement includes manager direct report access, Enalyzer will invite them and they will be allocated Reader+ plans included in your contract. We will contact you if your plan limits exceed.

Organization vs. Personal Account

Personal accounts are, as the name suggests, personal. Your personal account belongs to you and therefore, any work you create within your personal account belongs to you and cannot be transferred to another personal account or into an organization. Every Enalyzer user has a personal account and they can be part of an organization.

With organizations, companies can ensure that all data and content related to the company is centralized and kept in one place, instead of distributed throughout personal employee accounts. Everything created in the organization will always stay in the organization, and can never be transferred out. Therefore, when an employee leaves an organization, they leave the work they have done inside the organization.

To switch between your personal account and organizations, you have to:

  1. Log in to your account, and click on the organization's area at the top left of the page.
  2. You will be presented with an overview of all the organizations you're a member of and your personal account.
  3. Click on the organization you want to switch to or your personal account.

Survey & Report Location

Your survey is in your organization and the data belongs to the organization and the connected contract. However, until reports are shared with you or your managers, the survey and the reports are only visible to Enalyzer.

Since we administrate the survey and reports on behalf of your organization, we have to ensure respondent anonymity and confidentiality. Regardless, your organization remains the owner of the surveys, reports, and data.


Once we share reports with you and the managers, you can find them by:

  1. Go to the reports area and click on shared reports.
  2. You'll see all the delivered reports.

The report library contains reports you've created yourself.


As per our personal and security policies, we strive to safeguard your organization's data. As the rightful owner of all the survey data, you'll get your project delivered straight to your Enalyzer organization.

In relation to the project, Enalyzer consulting is the data processor and you are the data controller. This relation is governed by the contract's Terms of Use and Data Processing Agreement. All questions hereto should be addressed with the contract owners.

Enalyzer is hosted at two separate data centers in the Netherlands and Ireland, with real-time replication of data between the two. Uptime is guaranteed at 99,9 %. These data centers comply with industry standards, such as ISO 27001, for physical security and availability. Each facility is designed to run 24x7x365 and employs various measures to help protect operations from power failure, physical intrusion, and network outages.

We store your data as long as you have a software contract with us.

If the software contract is not extended, we will keep your data and the whole survey and report setup for 90 days (according to your consulting contract) after delivery. After 90 days it will be deleted. We can export the data for you.

If you expect the survey to be repeated e.g. next year we advise you to extend the software contract to use benchmark data and use the existing survey and report setup as a template.


As our primary contact person, you engage in a collaboration with one of our consultants and a project manager. The project will follow the agreed project plan regarding survey setup time frames, pilot testing, respondent file, deliverables, etc. Employee and customer data is exchanged safely in Microsoft Teams, which is also the same platform we use for any additional deliverables.
