Enalyzer contracts

ON THIS PAGE YOU'LL FIND:

 


SETUP A CONTRACT

We offer two yearly and monthly plans: Starter and Professional. You can enter your credit card details and your plan will be renewed automatically according to the chosen time period. However, if for any reason you would like to make a custom contract with us, that is also possible. Contracts have a minimum term of 1 year.

All you have to do is:

  1. Contact us and let's chat about the contract you're interested in.
  2. After the contract is signed, create a free account and share your username with us. If you already have a free account, just share your username with us.
  3. After that, you'll:
    • automatically be upgraded to a Professional plan.
    • be the contract administrator, which allows you to allocate any plans that your contract includes among your colleagues.

INVITE MEMBERS TO YOUR CONTRACT

In order for your colleagues to have access to Enalyzer, you would need to invite them to the platform. Here's how to invite and delete contract members:

  1. Head over to your account settings by clicking your name on the top of the page and selecting account.
  2. Click on contract on the side menu.
  3. Click on the add members icon (add-organizations.PNG).
  4. Click on the plan you would like to allocate to your colleagues.
  5. Enter your colleagues' email addresses and click next, followed by send now.

IMPORTANT: if you invite someone with an existing Enalyzer account, they need to have a free account.

REMOVE CONTRACT MEMBERS

  1. Head over to your account settings by clicking your name on the top of the page and selecting account.
  2. Click on contract on the side menu.
  3. Click on the actions menu, select the members you want to remove and click remove.

Note: If your contract is connected to an organization, removing a member from the contract does not remove them from your organization and vice versa.

IMPORTANT: admins cannot be removed. If you need to remove an admin contact us.

MANAGE AND ASSIGN PLANS FROM THE CONTRACT

Contract administrators can change member plans. However, if you would like to make another user or several users contract administrators, you need to contact us.

  1. Head over to your account settings by clicking your name on the top of the page and selecting account.
  2. Click on contract on the side menu.
  3. Click on the member whose plan you'd like to change.
  4. Click on the drop-down menu and change the plan.

If your company has a contract with Enalyzer, you are able to connect it with your organization. This enables you to allocate contract plans automatically or manually among your organization members. In other words, you'll be able to synchronize your contract plans with your organization members.

CONNECT YOUR CONTRACT TO YOUR ORGANIZATION

If your company has a contract with Enalyzer, you are able to connect it with your organization. This enables you to allocate contract plans automatically or manually among your organization members. In other words, you'll be able to synchronize your contract plans with your organization members.

ORGANIZATION AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS

If you manage both the organization and contract, connecting the two is a piece of cake. All you have to do is:

  1. Head over to the homepage, click on the back arrow at the top left of the page, and select your organization. If you're already in the organization, click on your name at the top right of the page and select organization.
  2. Click contract on the side menu.
  3. Click the connect button.
  4. Open the dropdown menu, select your contract, and click next.
  5. Your organization and the contract are now connected. You can always access your Enalyzer contract from there and have an overview of the available plans in your contract.

ONLY ORGANIZATION ADMINISTRATORS

If you manage the contract but not the organization,  you need to share the contract's connect key with the organization administrator. To find the key, you have to:

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner and click account.
  2. Select contract on the side menu.
  3. Click on the add members (add-organizations.PNG) icon and you'll see the connection key. Share the key with the organization administrator.
  4. Once they have the key, they have to head over to the homepage, click on the back arrow at the top left of the page, and select the organization. If they're already in the organization, they have to click on their name at the top right of the page and select organization.
  5. Click contract on the side menu.
  6. Click the connect button.
  7. Open the dropdown menu, select use connection key, and click next.
  8. Enter the connection key and click connect.
  9. The organization and your contract are now connected.

ASSIGN CONTRACT PLANS TO EMPLOYEES

Once your contract is connected to your organization, you can assign your contract plans to your organization members. You can do this manually or automatically.

MANUAL ALLOCATION

  1. Head over to the homepage, click on the back arrow at the top left of the page and select your organization. If you're already in the organization, click on your name at the top right of the page and select organization.
  2. Click on members on the side menu.
  3. Click on the organization member and click the dropdown menu under plan to make your changes.
  4. Changes are saved automatically.

AUTOMATIC ALLOCATION

Instead of allocating contract plans manually, you could opt for doing it automatically. What that entails is that at any point that one of your contract members makes use of a paid feature, they will automatically be allocated one of the plans in your contract.

  1. Head over to the homepage, click on the back arrow at the top left of the page and select your organization. If you're already in the organization, click on your name at the top right of the page and select organization.
  2. Click contract on the side menu.
  3. Enable the allocate plans automatically option.

PLAN OVERVIEW

Enalyzer contracts include two types of plans: Professional and Reader+.

  • The Professional plan gives access to the entire Enalyzer feature set.
  • The Reader+ plan gives users the possibility to read all reports in and outside your organization. More than 10 elements, more than 1 section, and data series in reports are limited to paid plans. Reader+ plans are exclusive to contract users and can be purchased at a lower price to ensure that everyone that needs to access reports, can access reports.
