About Enalyzer Contracts

If you would like to benefit from purchasing a package of Professional licenses at a reduced price, or if you would like to give your colleagues or stakeholders access to the reports they need access to, you can get a custom contract with us. Contracts have a minimum term of 1 year.

Professional and Reader+ plans

Enalyzer contracts include two types of plans: Professional and Reader+.

  • The Professional plan gives access to the entire Enalyzer feature set.
  • The Reader+ plan gives users the possibility to read all reports shared with them in and outside your organization. They can stay up-to-date with results while responses are coming in, as reports can be updated automatically. Reading reports is limited to paid plans. Reader+ plans are exclusive to contract users and can be purchased at a lower price to ensure that everyone that needs to access reports, can access reports.

Setup a Contract

To set up a contract with us, all you have to do is:

  1. Contact us and let's chat about the contract you're interested in.
  2. After the contract is signed, create a free account and share your username with us. If you already have a free account, just share your username with us.
  3. After that, you'll:
    • Automatically be upgraded to a Professional plan.
    • Be the contract administrator, which allows you to allocate any plans that your contract includes among your colleagues.

Add Contract Members

We recommend that you connect your contract to your organization and add contract members via the organization.

Manage Plans From the Contract

Contract administrators can change member plans. However, if you would like to make another user or several users contract administrators, you need to contact us.

  1. Head over to your account settings by clicking your name on the top of the page and selecting account.
  2. Click on contract on the side menu.
  3. Click on the member whose plan you'd like to change.
  4. Click on the dropdown menu and change the plan.

If your company has a contract with Enalyzer, you are able to connect it with your organization. This enables you to allocate contract plans automatically or manually among your organization members. In other words, you'll be able to synchronize your contract plans with your organization members.

Remove Contract Members

  1. Head over to your account settings by clicking your name on the top of the page and selecting account.
  2. Click on contract on the side menu.
  3. Click on the actions menu, select the members you want to remove, and click remove.

If your contract is connected to an organization, removing a member from the contract does not remove them from your organization and vice versa.

Organization admins cannot be removed. If you need to remove an admin contact us.
