Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Enalyzer
Enalyzer uses artificial intelligence (AI) features to help users work more efficiently, including AI-assisted survey creation and automated translations. We understand that the use of AI raises important questions around privacy, security, transparency, and control.
AI functionality in Enalyzer is optional. When AI features are used, processing of personal data remains governed by our existing Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and supplementary AI Addendum.
Our AI features are designed with the following principles in mind:
- AI providers are governed as subprocessors under our DPA
- Customer data is not used to train external AI models
- AI usage can be disabled at any time
- Processing is subject to applicable GDPR and security safeguards
Enalyzer currently uses OpenAI as a subprocessor for relevant AI functionality. Further details regarding data processing, subprocessors, customer obligations, and safeguards are available in our AI Addendum.
