About Branded Survey Login Pages

The Branded Survey Login Pages feature allows organizations to host survey login pages on their own domains, creating a seamless and trustworthy experience for respondents.

By displaying the survey login under your organization’s brand and web domain, respondents are more likely to recognize and trust the link, resulting in higher engagement and improved brand consistency.

With this feature, organization administrators can create, configure, and verify branded login pages directly from the organization settings in Enalyzer.

Create a Branded Survey Login Page

To create and configure a branded login page:

  1. Go to the homepage and click on your organization.
  2. Select settings from the side menu.
  3. Click on Branded Survey login pages.
  4. Click on the create login page icon.
  5. Enter a name for the login page.
  6. Select a language for the login page.
  7. Enter the web address where your branded login page will be hosted and click next.
  8. Configure the design of the login form within the setup options to match your organization’s branding.
  9. Press continue, and you will find the unique script tag for the specific login page.

It is only possible to choose one language per login page.

Embed the Login Page on Your Domain

Each login page you create includes a unique script tag that must be implemented on a page within your organization’s domain.

To complete the setup:

  1. Copy the unique script tag provided in the configuration.
  2. Paste the script tag into the <head> section of the relevant page to load the correct login form.
  3. Ensure that this page is publicly accessible for respondents.
  4. Navigate to the page. The first time you access the page, the login page within Enalyzer will automatically be verified.
  5. Once verified, the login page will be active and ready to use.

Use the Branded Login Page in Surveys

When your login page is verified and active, you can connect surveys to it.

To do this:

  1. Go to your survey settings.
  2. Under settings, go to the section Survey experience.
  3. Choose the branded login page you want to use.
  4. Save your settings.

From now on, all invitation links for this survey will direct respondents through your branded login page instead of the standard Enalyzer survey link.

Respondents will log in through your organization’s domain before accessing the survey, ensuring a consistent and trusted experience.
