The EU Data Act (also called Dataforordningen in Danish) enters into effect in September 2025. As an Enalyzer customer, you already have full control and access to your data. Below we outline how interoperability and vendor switching works with Enalyzer.
Interoperability
- Standard formats: You can export all your data in commonly used, machine-readable formats such as CSV, Excel, and via API (JSON).
- APIs: Our REST API provides structured access to your survey data, metadata, and reporting. This enables integration with third-party systems such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Metadata: Exported data includes field names, variable structures, and response values, making it easy to reuse or migrate.
- Documentation: Step-by-step guides for exporting data and using the API can be found here and here.
Vendor Switching (Portability)
- Data access: You can always download and export all your survey data directly from the platform.
- No lock-in: We do not restrict your ability to move data to other platforms.
- Self-service: Exports can be performed at any time by organization administrators.
- Costs: There are no additional costs for exporting your data.
- Deletion: If you terminate your subscription, you may export your data before termination. Data deletion procedures are described in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
