At Enalyzer, safeguarding your data is a top priority. To ensure business continuity and reliable recovery options, all customer data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, where automatic backups are performed as part of the managed service.
Azure SQL Managed Instances provide continuous log backups combined with full and differential backups. This setup enables point-in-time restore (PITR), meaning data can be recovered to a specific moment within the retention period.
- Backup frequency: Backups are updated automatically and continuously by Azure.
- Retention period: Enalyzer retains backups of deleted data. The timeframe for data deletion depends on the method by which the data was deleted. For more detailed information, please see Appendix 4 of the Data Processing Agreement.
- Security: All backups are encrypted and stored in geographically redundant environments.
- Recovery: We regularly test restoration procedures to ensure that backups can be quickly and reliably restored if needed.
