Overview of Organization Content

As an organization administrator, you can oversee all content within your Enalyzer organization, including surveys, reports, and automations. You can manage ownership, view details, and delete content when necessary. For each item, the following information is available:

 

  • Name
  • Owner: Each content piece has one owner, which can be a current or former organization member.
  • Created: Displays the date and time the content was created.
  • Shared: Indicates whether the survey or report is shared and visible. You can filter organization content both by member name and content name. Within member filtering, you can choose to filter within all organization members, or within previous members only. Within content filtering, you can choose to filter within all content, or to filter within surveys, automations, or reports only.

You can filter content by member or content type:

  • Member Filtering: Filter by current or former members.
  • Content Filtering: Filter by surveys, automations, reports, or all content.

 

Organization collaborators can in their survey settings restrict their surveys from being transferred and deleted by the organization administrator. These surveys are marked in the administrators content overview as restricted.

Transfer Content Ownership

When a member can no longer manage their content, the organization administrator can transfer ownership to another member without requiring any action from the former owner. To transfer content ownership:

  1. Navigate to the homepage and click on your organization.
  2. Select Content from the side menu.
  3. Optionally, use Filter to focus on relevant content.
  4. Select the content, click Actions, then Transfer.
  5. Choose the new owner from the list and confirm.

The former owner will be notified via in-app message and email, provided they are still a member of the organization.

 

Deleting Content

If irrelevant content remains in the organization, especially from former members, you can delete it without owner intervention. To delete content:

  1. Navigate to the homepage and click on your organization.
  2. Select Content from the side menu.
  3. Optionally, filter content to focus on items from former members.
  4. Select the content, click Actions, then Delete.
  5. Confirm the action by typing the provided confirmation phrase.

The former owner will be notified via in-app message and email if they are still part of the organization.
