Report Color Themes

About Report Color Themes

Enalyzer is packed with ready-to-use Report Color Themes which you can use as they are or customize to fit your needs. You can also create your own Color Themes that align with your brand identity or choose specific colors for each response option to visualize data, for example, red for negative results and green for positive. You can save your color themes in your account for later use.

Create Report Color Theme from Scratch

To create a Report Color Theme from scratch, you have to:

1. Go to your survey and select design in the side menu. If the menu is closed, click on the menu icon () to open it first.
2. Click on edit above the report's color theme.
3. Click the add report color theme icon () and it will be added immediately.
4. Name your color theme and press the ↵ enter key on your keyboard.
5. Click on your new color theme, and select edit. The color theme will be pre-populated with different colors.
6. The first color in your theme is already selected, which is shown by the editing icon (). Start by editing it by using the following:
   • RGB or HEX color codes.
   • Luminance to change the transparency of the color.
   • Our color swatches and color ranges can be great sources of inspiration.
7. Once you've inserted the first color, select the second color in the theme and make your edits.
8. Continue with all the necessary colors until you're satisfied with your color theme.
   
9. Close the window to return to your color themes.

Create Report Color Themes from an Existing Theme

If there is an existing color theme that you want to slightly tweak, you can easily copy the theme and make some edits. To create a Report Color Theme based on an existing one, you have to:

1. Go to your survey and select design in the side menu. If the menu is closed, click on the menu icon () to open it first.
2. Click on edit above the report's color theme.
3. Click on the color theme you want to copy and choose select.
4. Click on the copy icon (). The copy will be added immediately.
5. Click on the new color theme, and select edit. 
6. The first color in your theme is already selected, which is shown by the editing icon (). Start by editing it by using the following:
   • RGB or HEX color codes.
   • Luminance to change the transparency of the color.
   • Our color swatches and color ranges can be great sources of inspiration.
7. Once you've inserted the first color, select the second color in the theme and make your edits.
8. Continue with all the necessary colors until you're satisfied with your color theme.
   
9. Close the window to return to your color themes.

Use Report Color Themes

To use one of Enalyzer's themes or one you've created previously, all you have to do is:

1. Go to your survey and select design in the side menu. If the menu is closed, click on the menu icon () to open it first.
2. Click on the current color theme.
3. Choose a new color theme.
4. Your changes will be saved immediately.
5. Close the window to return to the report design page.

Delete Report Color Themes

If you need to clean up your color themes and would like to delete some you are not using or don't need anymore, all you have to do is:

1. Go to your survey and select design in the side menu. If the menu is closed, click on the menu icon () to open it first.
2. Click on edit above the report's color theme.
3. Click on the color theme you want to delete and choose select. 
4. Click on the delete icon (). The selected color themes will be deleted immediately.
