Can I improve my response rates with Enalyzer?

Yes. Use professionally built templates and mobile-optimized surveys, and enable automated reminders to follow up with non-respondents. The AI Assistant can help refine questions and structure based on your goal, reducing drop-offs and improving data quality.

Can I export or share my survey results?

Yes. Export raw data to Excel or CSV, and download presentation-ready reports as PDF or PowerPoint. You can also share interactive, read-only online reports via access-controlled links. Create multiple report versions for different stakeholders—such as countries, departments, or segments—without duplicating the survey.

Does Enalyzer support integrations and automation?

Yes. Enalyzer supports APIs, webhooks, SFTP, and Zapier to automate data flows and operational tasks. You can trigger data exports, push response updates to other systems, or schedule recurring report deliveries. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is supported for simplified user management and single sign-on.

Does Enalyzer include AI features?

Yes. The built-in AI Assistant helps you suggest questions, organize topics, and refine wording based on your objectives, so you can build surveys faster with fewer iterations. You can also use the in-app AI Support Assistant for contextual guidance while designing surveys and reports.

Is Enalyzer GDPR-compliant and where is data hosted?

Yes. All survey data is hosted within the EU on Microsoft Azure and protected by encryption and role-based access controls. Enalyzer’s processes align with GDPR requirements, including data minimization, clear roles and responsibilities, and respondent rights. Administrators can manage access, enforce secure collaboration, and maintain auditability across projects.

Can I brand my surveys and use my own domain?

Yes. Customize colors, fonts, and logos, and host surveys on your own domain with a branded survey login page to strengthen recognition and trust from invitation to completion. You can save design themes for reuse across projects to maintain a consistent look and feel for your organization.

Can I collaborate with others on surveys and reports?

Yes. Use workspaces to collaborate in real time on shared surveys and reports. Content is not visible across the organization by default—workspaces provide a secure way to share access, assign roles, and co-own projects without duplicating assets. Permissions ensure that editors and viewers only see what they need.

Will I lose my data if I downgrade or cancel my plan?

No. Your surveys and data remain in your account. Downgrading affects access to premium features, which you can re-enable at any time by upgrading again. Plan changes take effect immediately in Billing, and you can switch between plans as your needs change.

Can I analyze and visualize my results in Enalyzer?

Yes. The Reports area offers a wide range of chart types, advanced filters, comparisons, and benchmarks. You can save report views for recurring needs, share them online with controlled access, or download them as Excel, PDF, or PowerPoint. Reports can also be enriched with explanatory text, images, or video to add context for stakeholders.
