Sending reminders manually, requires you to a) remember you have to send reminders, b) write these dates down on your calendar, and c) send them manually. Instead, you can schedule all of this once and Enalyzer will make sure your reminders are sent according to your plan.
Schedule first and second reminder
- Navigate to your survey, and select responses in the side menu. If the menu is closed, click on the menu icon () to open it first.
- Click the options button and select schedule.
- Enable the first reminder* by clicking on the toggle switch.
- Select the message that will be sent as a reminder.
- Set the number of days after the invitation, which is when the reminder will be sent.
- Enable the second reminder* by clicking on the toggle switch.
- Repeat steps 2 & 3.
- Click save to finish.
