The reports area is a Professional feature

From April 15 2021, existing FREE accounts will no longer be able to access their custom reports or create new ones. However, your reports are not being deleted. If you would like to access your reports, all you have to do is upgrade your subscription to a Professional subscription. View our plans and pricing.

Furthermore, if you would like an overview of your results, you can always view your summary results report.

FREE accounts created prior to this release do not have access to the reporting area.
