Adding media to reports

ABOUT MEDIA IN REPORTS

Videos and images can be useful tools to help convey results for report readers. Videos and images can also be used for branding purposes in report, e.g. an image displaying a company logo or a contextual picture can take your report to the next level.

This page outlines how to insert media into your reports.

ADD IMAGES TO REPORTS

To add an image to your report, you have to:

  1. Go to your report*, click the add report element icon (add-chart.PNG), and select image.
  2. Add a heading and description, if any, for the image.
  3. Click on upload image and find the image you want to add.
  4. When you're done, click add.

SUPPORTED FILE TYPES

  • GIF
  • JPG
  • PNG
  • SVG

ADD VIDEOS TO YOUR REPORTS

To add a video to your report, you have to:

  1. Go to your report*, click the add report element icon (add-chart.PNG), and select video.
  2. Add a heading and description, if any, for the video.
  3. Add a Vimeo or YouTube URL.
  4. When you're done, click add.
