You can provide your respondents with the option to answer your survey in multiple languages. You have to provide your own translations, except when using Enalyzer templates in the languages we support. Remember that if you make changes to the templates, these will not be automatically translated.
When you create a new survey you have the option to select the language versions that you need. However, you can edit and add language versions at any time after creating your survey. Note, that if you're using a FREE or BASIC account, you're limited to one language, therefore if you attempt to add/change survey languages, your text will disappear.
Add/edit language versions
- Go to your survey and select settings in the side menu. If the menu is closed, click on the menu icon to open it first.
- Under language versions, click on your existing language version(s)*.
- Select the language version(s) you want to add. If you want to remove a language version, simply deselect it and click save.
