ANONYMIZE YOUR SURVEY

Ensuring anonymity can be essential for certain, for example, ensuring anonymity when conducting an employee survey is crucial for getting honest feedback from your employees.

Enalyzer anonymizes the system variables: first name, last name, and email which makes it impossible for survey administrators to connect survey responses to individuals. Furthermore, you won't be able to see individual answers under responses

To anonymize your survey, you have to:

  1. Go to your survey and select settings on the side menu.
  2. Under anonymity, choose between no anonymity and anonymous. Your changes will be saved automatically.

SENDING REMINDERS WITH ANONYMOUS SURVEYS

Believe it or not, anonymous surveys are compatible with reminders. As long as you've invited your respondents via email, you're able to send them reminders.

Since the survey is anonymous, you will not be able to see your respondents' background information (first name, last name, and email), severing the connection between responses and respondents. In other words, you cannot see who answered what.
