Response status is divided into four categories: completed, incomplete, refused and not answered.
Respondents are registered as:
- completed when they click on the end survey button of the survey or when they reach an end page.
- incomplete when they haven't clicked the end survey button or reached an end page. Respondents are also registered as incomplete if while on an end page they click on the previous button and then close their window.
- refused when they click on the refuse link in your email invitation.
- not answered when they haven't clicked on the survey link in your email invitation.
